Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

To maintain fairness, consistency, and to ensure program integrity, the following policy applies to all 12-week training commitments:

Rescheduling Sessions

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your missed session will be banked and must be made up before the end of your 12-week program or will be forfeited. This is important for the sake of ensuring our progress.

If a session is missed during the 12th week, you will be allowed one additional week to complete the makeup.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up for a scheduled session, that session will be charged in full and is not eligible for rescheduling.

This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows me to manage my schedule effectively while maintaining the high level of service and consistency that my programs are built upon.
